Refund & Ticket Policy – The Grand Festival 2025

Thank you for your interest in attending The Grand Festival 2025, proudly hosted by Clicks to Cart. To ensure clarity and a smooth event experience for all our guests, please carefully review our ticket refund, transfer, and event admission policy before completing your ticket purchase.

Ticket Refund Policy
  • All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Personal scheduling conflicts

    • Change of plans

    • Travel delays or cancellations

    • Weather conditions

    • Event rescheduling or venue changes

  • In the unlikely event of full event cancellation by Clicks to Cart, ticket holders will be notified via email and/or phone, and any applicable refund procedures will be communicated at that time.

    Note: This policy does not apply to postponements or rescheduled dates.

Ticket Transfer Policy
  • Tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is issued to the original purchaser and cannot be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another individual.

  • Name changes on tickets are not permitted.

  • Tickets may only be used by the person listed on the original purchase confirmation or by the purchaser themselves.

Rescheduling & Postponement
  • In the event The Grand Festival 2025 is rescheduled for any reason:

    • All previously purchased tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date.

    • No refunds will be issued if a ticket holder is unable to attend the new date.

    • It remains the responsibility of the ticket holder to adjust their personal availability to attend the rescheduled event.

Admission Policy
  • Only ticket holders with a valid ticket confirmation will be granted entry.

  • Guests may be asked to present a government-issued photo ID matching the name associated with the ticket purchase for verification.

  • Admission may be denied to any individual who fails to comply with event policies, venue rules, or any local regulations in effect at the time of the event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Liability & Disclaimer
  • Clicks to Cart is not responsible for any expenses incurred by ticket holders due to event changes, including but not limited to travel costs, hotel reservations, or other related bookings.

  • All attendees participate at their own risk and agree to release Clicks to Cart and its affiliates from any liability arising from attendance at the event.
